２３日、小雨降る中、香風田の稲刈りが開催されました。君津市認定農業者協議会は生産と管理、精米までをお手伝いさせて頂いています。ここまで雨が降る中での稲刈りはなかなか無いですが、皆さんよく頑張ってくれました。精米したお米は早い便で今日発送されました。

稲刈りまで１ヶ月を切りました。心配された台風も外れて一安心ですね。稲穂も少し黄色架かって来ました。

田植えから１１週間が経ちました。稲穂が出揃って来ました。これを出穂と言います。少し雑草(ヒエ)も生えて来たので気を付けて行きたいと思います。

17日に予定されてますジャガイモ収穫祭の試し掘りをしました。実際土の中の物なので少し不安ではありましたが、良いジャガイモが掘れてホッとしています。
