田植えから１２週間が経ちました。稲穂が出て来ました。(これを出穂と言います。)出穂から３８日が稲刈りの適期と言われています。大型の台風１０号が日本に向かっていますが、負けずに生育して欲しいですね。

田植えから９週間が経ちました。やっと梅雨も明けそうですが、順調に生育しています。

田植えから６週間が経ちました。稲は必要な茎数が確保出来ましたので(一般的には１株５本ぐらいの苗を植えて、２５本ぐらいまで増やします)、水を切り中干しに入ります。こうする事で、無駄な分蘖を防ぎ、美味しいお米を作るための一般的な手法です。

小糸小学校の田植えから３週間が経ちました。順調に生育している様です。梅雨の季節になり取り敢えずは水不足の心配も無くなりました。しっかり管理して行きます。

5月20日、小糸小学校の田植えを行いました。先ずは６年生による線引きから始まりました。 年々減っていく全校５７名の児童により、２０アールの田植えは、予想以上に大変でした。 何とか給食の時間までに終了する事が出来ました。

ー９月１９日、小糸小学校の稲刈りを行いました。７０名の児童により落穂も綺麗に拾いました。

本日、暁星国際小学校と小糸小学校の田植えを行いました。時間差ではありますが、両校の田植えを同日に行いました。
